II. Steps to avail the Offer:
To avail this Special Offer the Eligible User has to follow the following process:
1. Recharge any Saptak digital subscriber account using web/mweb for any amount of more than ₹2000. Extra charges applicable for Bill Desk
2. Post successful transaction User will receive transaction confirmation communication from Saptak digital and Bill Desk
III. Special Conditions:
1. This Special Offer is applicable only for Saptak users, using their Web Site account for recharging any saptak digital subscription.
2. This Special Offer will be restricted for one-time usage only, per saptak digital subscriber ID/Registered Mobile Number.
3. Cashback shall be credited to respective Saptak wallet that has been used to recharge the saptak digital subscriber account.
IV. General Terms and Conditions:
1. This Special Offer is not redeemable for cash equivalent or any other items/offers.
2. This Special Offer cannot be clubbed with any other facility and/or offer made available on http://saptakdigital.co.in or saptak digital Helpline or through an offer.
3. In addition to the terms and conditions stated here, the Saptak digital Subscriber shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Hardware Warranty Terms and Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions of Saptak digital Subscription Contract and/or Specific Terms and Conditions of saptak digital Subscription Contract for saptak digital Hardware and/or Everywhere TV Terms and Conditions and such other documents, all found on the Saptak digital website – www.saptakdigital.co.in . The documents referred above will be collectively referred herein as ‘Subscription Contract’. In the event of any inconsistency between the two, the terms of the Subscription Contract shall be binding. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
4. saptak digital reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever, to add or vary all or any of the terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this promotional scheme or to withdraw it completely or to change the composition of the Special Offer.
5. saptak digital shall not be responsible in case of any network problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear network, disruption in the network and/or the charges that may be payable by the subscriber to any network operator. Any dispute in connection with the same should be settled between the User and the network operator/Bill desk without involving saptak digital.
6. Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable in relation to the Special Offer shall be solely borne by the User.
7. saptak digital shall not be responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotional materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the saptak digital website or process any transaction thereon.
8. The User agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless, saptak digital, its respective affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from its or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Special Offer.
9. Saptak digital reserves the right to forfeit the Special Offer in the event it is found by Saptak digital that any information provided by the User is wrong or any misrepresentation is made by them.
10. This Special Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any other circumstances beyond the control of saptak digital such as technical failures in the telephone lines, failure of servers or any mistakes arising out of technical snags. saptak digital shall not shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
11. By availing this Special Offer, it shall be construed that the subscriber has read, understood, accepted and agreed to abide with all the terms and condition stated hereunder.
V. RECHARGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By visiting or accessing support@saptakdigital.co.in, the Customer agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and the Customers acceptance of the same is reaffirmed each time the Customer access the Recharge Service (“Service”). The Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time without further notice. The Customer shall re-visit the “Terms & Conditions”link from time to time to stay abreast of any changes that the Site may introduce.
We do not collect or store the Customer Credit Card or bank account information. In case of Credit Cards, you will be transferred to a secure payment gateway where you can enter your Credit Card details. The payment gateway authenticates the transaction and we would then initiate the recharge request. For Internet Banking/ Debit Cards, you would be transferred to the relevant bank website where you are required to enter your Internet Banking login and password or your Debit Card details. The recharge request is initiated once authentication is complete. There are no additional charges for recharging online.
We shall not be liable for any failure of the payment gateway to authenticate the transaction or any failure of internet services during the transaction.
The Customer agrees and undertakes not to sell, trade or resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of this Service. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that this Service is not for commercial use but is specifically meant for personal use only.
The Customer agrees and undertakes to abide by the provisions of Information Technology Act and/or any other laws/rules/regulations of India. The Customer impliedly and expressly undertakes to submit to the jurisdiction of enforcing/statutory authorities for any violation of the IT Act and other laws.
The Customer agrees and undertakes not to use the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or disrupt the Service, servers, system, site or networks connected to the Service.
As a condition of use of this Site, the Customer agrees to indemnify the Site and its affiliates from and against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out User’s use of this Site.
The Site is not to be held liable for special, consequential, incidental, indirect or punitive loss, damage or expenses, data, loss of facilities, or equipment or the cost of recreating lost data regardless of whether arising out of a breach of contract, warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
